WRWM Account

Residents and businesses require a WRWM Card to access the waste disposal sites operated by Western Regional Waste Management.

Obtaining a Card

  1. Residential users can obtain a WRWM Card at any Waste Disposal Site or at the WRWM Office.
  2. Commercial Users MUST visit the WRWM office to obtain a WRWM Card.

Photo ID is required.

Payment Methods

When you arrive at the station, follow the prompts on the screen. The attendant on site can assist in guiding you through your first visit using this card system.

Your card tracks your activity and balance. It does not expire. If you lose it, call the administration office to cancel it and request a new one. Replacement cards cost $5.

Tipping fees are due upon delivery. It is recommended that you maintain your account by paying off your balance as it accrues to avoid late fees  and/or suspension of site access.
Every time you use your card, a load slip receipt will be sent to the email attached to your account. Your load slip provides valuable information about your transaction and balance.

The email address you provide is your username for your online account, which will allow you to keep track of your balance and history.

*Your email address is collected for the sole purpose of keeping you informed of your account balance and will not otherwise be distributed in any other way.
$164/tonne: Mixed Waste, Bulk Waste, Construction Waste

$90/tonne: House Teardown (with permit)

$60/tonne: Shingles (clean) / Masonry (Concrete)

No tipping fee: Metals, E-waste, Hazardous Waste
  • Credit Card - Online at www.wrwm.ca, at the office, over the phone or at the station.
  • Debit Card - Processed at the administration office or at Transfer Stations
  • Cheque / Money Order - Made payable to: Western Regional Service Board
  • Cash - Processed at administration office only
  • Online Banking - available through BMO / Scotiabank. Use your WRWM card number as you account number. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
  • Email Money Transfer - Email payment to info@wrwm.ca. Please include your WRWM Card Number with payment.
