Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties which include: answering and screening telephone calls, directing inquiries, managing office supplies and equipment, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, greeting and serving clients;
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries;
- Ensuring a clean, organized and functional office environment.
- Coordinating and administering all office activities;
- Providing general administrative and clerical support/assistance to staff;
- Provide direct support to Finance Manager and Accounting Clerk;
- Data entry;
- Accept and process customer payments and set up customer accounts;
- Performing other duties as assigned;
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; College Diploma in Office or Business Administration preferred;
- Proven experience in Office Administration and Customer Service;
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills;
- Ability to serve clients in a professional and respectful manner;
- Comfortable using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Understand the importance of confidentiality;
Possess the ability to quickly learn new concepts and ideas; - Be adaptable to new situations as the need arises;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
